The manner in which workplace investigations are conducted is crucial in maximising an employer’s ability to defend decisions taken based on the findings of the investigation.

At WLS, we are experienced in conducting independent investigations of workplace issues, in particular, into allegations of sexual harassment, misconduct and bullying. As these issues are highly sensitive, our practices and procedures in conducting investigations protect the confidentiality and integrity of the process and the parties involved.
